BEDDING

Batey, Ltd. has designed and operates a (patent pending) biomass furnace which is fitted to a specially designed heat exchanger and biomass dryer to reduce the moisture of the ground bedding to an acceptable content.

The biomass furnace utilizes the by products of Batey, Ltd.'s sawmilling operation as it's fuel source. Thus eliminates the need for fossil fuels in the drying process.

- Bedding loads ground to 3/16" or 1/2" depending on customer requirements.

- Dried to 15% moisture content or less.
